  • RIAS-2 (Reynolds Intellectual Assessment Scales, Second Edition) — $425
  • WISC-V (Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children, Fifth Edition) — $450

I'll recommend the right instrument for your child's age and needs during your free 15-minute consultation.

What every fee includes

  • A free 15-minute consultation before you commit
  • All testing materials and one-on-one assessment time
  • Scoring, interpretation, and a comprehensive written report
  • A report written to meet Florida district eligibility requirements
  • A feedback session to review results and plan next steps

Payment & HSA/FSA

I accept cash, check, and Zelle. I'll provide a detailed receipt that you may submit for HSA or FSA reimbursement.

If your child has a Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities (FES-UA), ask during your consultation about using scholarship funds toward an evaluation.

Why families choose a private evaluation

A private evaluation is typically scheduled within 1 to 2 weeks, far faster than the up-to-90-school-day district timeline, and gives you an independent report you own. It's completed by a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and accepted by Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, and Manatee County schools.

You're paying for expertise, speed, and a thorough report you can use however you need — for gifted placement, a 504 or IEP conversation, a private-school application, or simply to understand your child.
